We have recently moved, AGAIN!   

 Directions: From I-82 in Pasco, take the Road 68 exit. Head north on Road 68 toward the water towers. Take a right at the first stoplight, which is Burden Blvd. Follow Burden down to Road 52 and turn left. Once you are on Road 52, you will follow it up about 4 or 5 blocks then take a right on Catalonia Drive. You will see our signs at the intersection. Stop in for an information packet or to see some of our homes.

Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00

Saturday 12:00-5:00

Sunday 12:00-4:00

And any other time by appointment.

*Please keep in mind that we have several different neighborhoods that we are building in, so we are in and out of the model home all day. If you are planning on coming by it may be a good idea to call ahead and let us know you are coming.
